**A Man's Greatest Weapon is Prayer** 🙏✝️ Prayer is our lifeline to Jesus. He delights in us bringing *everything* to Him—our joys, struggles, fears, thanks, and needs. Our Lord wants to hear from us because He desires closeness with His children. In the busyness of life, He’s always listening, ready to strengthen, guide, and draw us nearer. Most of us can easily spend hours scrolling, reading posts, and replying on our phones. But can we carve out a few minutes here and there to talk with God? Which is more important—endless posting or our living relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior? I know I’m guilty of it too. We all get distracted. But today is a good day to change that. Take a few minutes, a few times a day, to pray. It doesn’t have to be long or fancy. Just talk to Him like the loving Father He is. **Short Prayer:** Lord Jesus, thank You for never turning away from us. Forgive us for the times we choose screens over time with You. Stir our hearts to pray more—about everything, big and small. Draw us close, strengthen our faith, and help us walk with You every day. We love You, Lord. Jeffries remarked on gas prices while discussing Trump's peace deal with Iran after months of war and hostilities on "Good Day New York." "It was a reckless war of choice that has obviously cost the American people significantly, particularly as it relates to skyrocketing gas prices in an environment where the cost of living was already too high," Jeffries said.
