Loving @InnaWeiner's talk on how "leadership surprises" include the value of kind words. I've heard the sh*t sandwich is a terrible way of giving bad feedback, but in fact we should give people _more_ positive feedback ... overall ... to build trust. #leadDevLondon

Wow, so not only has @AmazonUK closed down my account, they just cut off one of my housemates! And they cut off my brother in Seattle as well! Is our crime sending presents back and forth? @AmazonHelp can I talk to a real person, I just get sent to otp@amazon.co.uk & no clarity!

The thing that's very frustrating about the emails from ofm@amazon.co.uk is that I can't interact with customer service on @AmazonUK at all as I can't log in with my account any more.

Having a complete nightmare with my @AmazonUK account, which I've had for around 25 years - it's been locked (now says closed) and the emails from ofm@amazon.co.uk are both vague and inaccurate. What is going on?
