Joe Mad really did influence a whole generation of energetic comic artists to feel free to jump out of the typical superhero artist mold.
Especially impressive considering his limited body of work before he moved to video games.
Continuing with Wizard's rankings the 10 Most Influential Comics Artists, @JoeMadx earned a spot due to his "manga-hybrid" style sparking a trend in comics. While Horror master, Johnny Craig was celebrated for the controversy of his beautifully disturbing illustrations.
