Streaming services are one of the worst things to happen to movies and tv. At least with cable, ads didn't just happen in the middle of a character's dialogue and they didn't play the same 2 ads over and over. Also they didn't consistently cancel shows after 2 seasons.

There are a lot of great found footage films ("As Above, So Below," "Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum," "V/H/S," and "V/H/S/2" for example) but I absolutely hate the shaky cam aspect of these movies. I get why they do it, but I usually have to take Dramamine to even get through themπ

Ppl can be so rude for no reason & I will never understand it. A coworker asked a customer (who was on the phone) "Do you need some help?" & she snaps, "You think I'm standing here for my health?!" like... Is that necessary? What do you gain from that? Jfc I hate people sometimes

Not only that, but a lot of us were actively discouraged from going to trade schools or even community colleges! I know I was! And the idea of taking a gap year after high school was blasphemous. The only path to success was going to a 4-year university.
