東京生まれ。2007年よりオーストリア・リンツを拠点に活動。現在は同組織の研究開発部門であるアルス・エレクトロニカ・フューチャーラボの芸術監督を務めている。また、札幌国際芸術祭2027の芸術監督、シビッククリエイティブベース東京のクリエイティブディレクターも務める。
