Sometimes I’m in the hurry and forget my bike helmet. I’m so glad I did not forget it yesterday. Thanks to a good helmet I still have a nose after yesterday’s accident. I cannot stress enough how important it was to save my head🚴🏻‍♀️. My legs are full of bruises, but nothing broken
