JP Morgan led debt market term loan(bridge) to take out Exxon. Access the bod market by years end (ish).
Establish access to global refinery markets by adding a bouy and a new pipeline in and out of LFC. Help from Feds on all regulatory issues there. Could include condemnations if I heard it right.
