Today we honor the memory of all the brave souls we lost 22 years ago. May we always remember their stories, the courage of our first responders, and the sacrifices our troops made to protect us in the years that followed.
Shame: "There's something wrong with me." Feeling flawed fuels fight or flight.
Guilt: "I made a mistake." Feeling bad spurs repair but breeds rumination.
