Reading @rcraigmcnamara book “Because Our Fathers Lied” and this passage hit me as the daughter of a Vietnam Vet who died too soon due to damage to his body from Agent Orange.

Thank you for writing this @rcraigmcnamara It is a beautiful book. My dad, like yours, would not talk about Vietnam. I lost him at the age of 71 almost four years ago. I think he would have enjoyed your book.

The team participating in the Bataan Memorial Death March will have a picture of Phil Holzkamper as they do the march. Phil was part of the Lost Battalion from TX. POW for 42 months with survivors from USS Houston.
