When one is likely to employ a private nanny(ies) to look after ones child, a nursery, pre-school or childminder is the furthest from ones mind. Especially when one doesn't have to worry about the cost of the said nanny(ies). @EYAlliance

What about us? say nurseries, pre-schools and childminders. Early Years Alliance says: “We are incredibly disappointed and frustrated that, while today’s announcement offered some clarity on plans to reopen schools, there was no mention of the early years sector."

Our artistic nursery children have created their own rainbow to show support for the NHS during this coronavirus crisis.
Even at this young age, they know what a wonderful job our NHS nursers, doctors and other front line staff are doing.

In the absence of common sense and basic knowledge from the inspector, the key is that you REMAIN OUTSTANDING FOR THE CHILDREN AND PARENTS. #Ofsted ratings are then irrelevant.

Sorry but problem lies with lack of consistency with inspectors, what one deems ok another does not. I had one that upset a parent but end of day its parent choice if child has dummy to calm down not inspector
