@AskNationwide I'd appreciate a reply to this if you'd like me to ever bank with you again.

As it was an ISA, I've lost several hundred pounds in interest and the tax-free status of the savings. I really would expect better from the nation's "best high-street bank"!

How is it that you won't refund us when my partner and I book an unnecessary extra ticket due to wrong information you gave us @Ryanair?

If you're mourning the queen today, spare a thought for the hundreds of thousands who have died from COVID since the start of the pandemic.

Our updated pre-print on potential COVID-19 burden in Europe is now up on medRxiv: doi.org/10.1101/2021.11.10.2… 1/11

The analysis doesn’t account for waning of immunity or the booster rollout, but these have opposite effects on the remaining burden so will offset each other to some extent. 10/11

These results emphasise the need for continued non-pharmaceutical interventions and efforts to achieve high vaccination coverage in European countries to limit severe COVID-19 outcomes. 11/11
