The truth is, I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. I've been a manager in Valorant for five years, and I could have done my job well or badly. I have a very enthusiastic organization behind me, eager to do things right, which gives me complete confidence and lets me make the decisions I want. What angers me is that the work and dedication of a team and staff who work hard every day to improve are being belittled with senseless comments that are completely irrelevant and have no reason to be. These are very enthusiastic women who work incredibly hard, hungry to learn and grow. So, honestly, I don't care about your comments. But don't judge my team without knowing what's behind it all!
