GTFOH
In order to pack on muscle like this, you need to be in a caloric surplus with your macros dialed in:
For Logan Paul, that'd be:
220-240 grams of protein per day (880-960 kcal/day)
100 grams of fat/day (900 kcal/day)
200-300 grams of carbs (800-1200 kcal/day)
Top end, that is 3060 kcal/day. His BMR is probably at least ~2200 kcal.
Then, he'd need to do high intensity weight training 4-5 days a week. For an athlete like Paul, 3060 might not be enough depending how much training he's doing other than lifting.
Long story short, he's lying saying he just added 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and his 32g Prime Protein. Now, there are other ways to pack on a lot of muscle fast but that still requires intense weight lifting. Not accusing him of steroids, but don't read this and think you're going to get jacked by buying his protein drink and doing a few push-ups.
