It caught my notice because in the splash art, the ear piercings are on his left ear, but in in-game model, they're on his right ear. Am i wrong, or did Riot do something wrong?

It is not officially known how they can be obtained. You can view the previously added ''marketing'' emotes from the image. Coca Cola emotes were available via missions and Ahri was available via a giveaway on KatKat's Twitter account. I don't remember about Redbull.
