The conscience of Dr. Paul Thomas, a pediatrician in Oregon, led him to quit a group practice where the CDC's vaccine schedule was pushed on parents and to open his own clinic founded instead on the idea of properly informing parents to be able to make their own informed choices about childhood vaccinations.
