⚡️ @CFCCentral3: Last season we were outrun I think on every occasion, bar one, vs Liverpool. In Alonso's first season, 23/24, Leverkusen were 5th in the league for sprints with 8,011 (Bayern were 14th that same season) & 7th for intensive runs with 24,071.
In 24-25, in sprints, they were 2nd and 9th for intensive runs. At making those runs at a very high intensity, at a very high frequency, Leverkusen were always somewhere around the top.
