Today’s last pub is The Beehive in Brixton. It’s very busy in here, with a lively local crowd. I’ve had a great day out exploring Clapham and a little bit of Brixton. Thanks for following along — until next time. 🍻🍻👌 #brixton #londonpub #spoons

Time for a proper bit of grub at Fish, Wings & Tings in Brixton. Absolutely top-notch grub — the jerk chicken had a lovely kick, and I loved the cod fish fritters too. #Irie 🇯🇲

Today’s last pub on the official itinerary is The Clapham Tap. There is a superb selection of beers, lovely people behind the ramp, absolutely mobbed in the beer garden, and a very agreeable pint of Kirin lager on tap #clapham

Next pub is The Ox. Very much a posh pub, serving up cocktails and the like. The staff were really friendly and personable. Not my cup of tea, but I had an enjoyable pint, and the atmosphere and soundtrack were great. #clapham

Pub 4 is O’Neils. It’s pretty generic inside with the standard O’Neil’s decor etc, but what a magnificent looking interwar built pub. #clapham #londonpub

Next port of call is The Belle Vue. This is a Young’s pub that’s comfortably decked out. The Guv’nor was friendly, and my pint was on point. A nice spot to stop for a pint. #clapham #londonpub

The Alexandra. This is a nice traditional pub with some superb vintage signage. My pint of Paulaner was great. I wasn’t allowed to take photos without written permission, so I didn’t—except for one on the way to the khazi. #clapham #greeneking

Today’s first pub is The Rattlin Bog. I had a cracking pint of Guinness and a great chat with the lovely team member on duty and her other half, who was a top fella. What a lovely little Irish boozer — I could have stayed here all day. #clapham

Well, breakfast was an absolute disaster this morning. The cafe I’d planned to go to was shut, so I found another cafe, and it’s fair to say it was the worst grub I’ve ever tasted. I managed to eat the eggs and some toast, but everything else was rank!

Today’s crawl is around Clapham in southwest London. I haven’t been on a proper pub crawl for about four weeks, so I’m looking forward to getting out and about and continuing my mission to visit every pub with a London postcode. Have a great Saturday, and support a pub if you can. 🍻 #clapham #pubcrawl #londonpubs

The Grand Junction Arms 📍Acton Ln, London NW10 7AD The Grand Junction Arms is located on the border of Harlesden and Park Royal in northwest London. The nearest station is Harlesden. This pub was built in 1861 on the site of an earlier beer house. At the time, it was known as the Grand Junction and Railway Inn, reflecting the importance of both the Grand Union Canal and the rapidly expanding railway network in the area. During the inter-war period, the building was substantially altered with the addition of a new façade, which included the striking green glazed tiling. Today, the pub is operated by @YoungsPubs This is a reasonably sized one-bar pub that has a traditional feel with some bold decorative features. The bar area is set around a central servery, with a series of interconnected seating areas. The decor consists of a boarded floor, deep green walls, contemporary artworks, a 1930s fireplace, and plenty of seating. To the rear is a large canal-side beer garden, with extensive outdoor seating overlooking the canal. Continued in comments…👇

The beer selection was solid, with a range of familiar favourites to choose from, including one cask ale. I decided on a Pravha; my pint was great, and the price point was a smidge above average. Food-wise, it’s burgers, hot dogs, chicken, and sides. A double beef patty with melted cheese, pink onions, and burger sauce costs £13. Roasts are available on Sunday. I arrived just after 4pm on a sunny Saturday afternoon in March. The pub was fairly quiet inside and packed in the beer garden with a predominantly younger crowd enjoying the warm spring weather. I settled inside to enjoy my pint and take in my surroundings. The service was first-class; the team on duty were really friendly and easy-going and clearly enjoyed what they do. This was a very enjoyable visit indeed. I loved the architecture and the comfortable surroundings; my pint hit the spot, and I was well looked after. The beer garden is fantastic and a great spot for a pint by the canal. An excellent pub — get it on the list. 📅 21st March 2026 #grandjunctionarms #harlesden #nw10 #londonpub #canal

Next port of call: The Waterman’s Arms, by the river in Barnes. This is a full-on gastro pub, but there are a few tables for those just here for a beer. A superb pint of Victoria Málaga — a rare find in that there London. #barnes

Draughts 📍34 Eltham High St, London SE9 1BT Draughts is located at the western end of Eltham High Street in Eltham, southeast London. The nearest station is Eltham. This pub was originally a coaching inn known as The Chequers, which was constructed in 1832. The pub you see today was built in 1903 as Eltham was redeveloped to improve its infrastructure during the Edwardian era. Affixed to the front wall of the pub, next to the entrance, is an early 18th-century milestone erected by the New Cross Turnpike Trust. Grade II listed by Historic England, it features iron plates inscribed with the distances: “8 miles to London Bridge, 4 miles to Foots Cray.” This is a simply decorated, traditional old boozer with a down-to-earth local pub feel. The servery is located slightly to the left and is clad in grey panelling. To the left of the servery are a dartboard and fireplace; to the right is plenty of mixed seating, which then leads to a patio beer garden with a covered section. Continued in comments…👇

The decor consists of boarded flooring and tartan carpeting, grey-panelled and white walls, historical photos of the area, England bunting and flags, and a fair few TVs. This pub is popular with Millwall fans, and a few signed shirts take pride of place on the walls. The beer lineup is all keg, with a selection of well-known brews. I opted for an Amstel, my pint hit the spot, and at a fiver a pint, represented excellent value. No food is served, but crisps and bar snacks are available. We arrived just before 1pm on an overcast Saturday lunchtime in April. The pub was quiet, with one punter in attendance and a team member on duty. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, and the service was friendly and pleasant. We took a pew and enjoyed our pints in this welcoming, old-school boozer. The pub hosts live music from all genres and regular DJ nights. As pubs in London diversify to survive, it was great to see this old stalwart enduring. Much loved by its regulars, it offers a down-to-earth community pub experience. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend giving it a look if you’re in the area. 📅 11th April 2026 #draughts #eltham #londonpub #se9 #millwall
