On point as usual Johnny. Time for racing to enjoy what can be a great sport and just stop the needless tinkering to appease mostly people outside the sport . Just needs a normal level of common sense .

This decision actually brings ridiculousness into disrepute but the one thing that I’m struggling with in all this is why the need to go all the way to South Africa to locate a clown, surely there was half defunct circus nearer home they could have sourced one from.

I’ve 4 selections up there now. I think it’s the first time in 20 years I just can’t come up with a bet in the derby. To me the prices look about right . The usual AOB outsider formula doesn’t work when the 4th choice is only 18/1. There are no Galileo bred ones going of 50/1 and up anymore .

Suffice it to say Final Night a bit of an eye catcher there . Thought watch for a 40/1 shot , that finished in the most obvious place when there is 5 places on offer. Hope no one else noticed . 🫣

I’d pretty strongly disagree with this. They have seen it all before . If the French jocks can’t see it as a possibility , then it’s down to them. They also had to be good to get away like that . Not pocket talk as I was on 2 towards the back.

UNREAL! They slowed the gallop right down, allowed their stable mate to get over and guide him to victory.
How is this really allowed. Its insane the tactics this Ballydoyle lot get away with.
Basically throw enough horses in the race to dictate and determine the outcome 😂

Highs and lows of longshot picks . I’m sitting in this bar again in Venice , after 2 horses out the back in the French Derby . That time it was after 2 winners at 28/1 and 25/1 in 24 hours 😂. I was renaming it the Brazil Bar after the Galway winner. #goodtimes

Same lads moaning about AOB telling lies about where he runs his derby horses, as Wille in Cheltenham . If you can’t be sure (which no one can) don’t back them Antepost. It’s doesn’t come into their thinking that some random punter has €10 on Antepost when there is millions at stake.
