I'm currently developing an ambitious Roblox MMO RPG inspired by Lookism, with a deep combat system, rank progression (F to S ), multiple fighting styles, family skills, finishers and proper PvE / PvP content. The project is already in development and I'm looking to bring in more talented people to push it further.
Roles I'm recruiting for right now:
Combat Animator (Blender) — Someone who knows how to make fights feel heavy. Weight, timing, impact, anticipation, recovery frames. Not just keyframes, real combat feel. Experience with Roblox rigs is a big plus.
VFX Artist — Stylized hit effects, skill VFX, auras, impact frames, environmental effects. Something that hits hard visually while staying optimized for Roblox.
SFX Designer — Combat sounds, hit impacts, skill activations, ambient sounds, UI sounds. Someone who understands how audio sells a hit just as much as the animation does.
GUI / HUD Designer — Clean, modern, readable interfaces. Combat HUD, menus, inventory, skill bars, quest log. Has to look good and stay functional during fast paced combat.
MMO RPG Combat Developer (Scripter) — Experienced with combat systems, hitboxes, frame data, stats, skill trees, networking and replication. If you've shipped or worked on serious combat games on Roblox, I want to talk to you.
All positions are paid. Rates depend on experience and scope of work. Payments through PayPal (Goods & Services), milestone-based so everyone is protected. Communication on Discord. Looking for people who actually stay active and committed, not ghost after one week.
