Okay done. Also had an email saying you tried to contact me (haven’t had any calls or texts) so tried ringing and always stuck in the automated menus

Okay thanks for all the work, I phoned up and it seems there’s a problem from iOS 16.5. Appreciate your efforts and the tech team

On the latest public iOS 16.5.1 and latest app version. Restarted phone and reinstalled app to no avail
