Thought for the evening : if it costs the state £8k to educate a child, surely it would be better for the Local Authority to pay the vat for a child with any form of SEND to stay put as that would be circa £3k - then they are discharging their responsibly properly

Posting their address BEFORE being found guilty is inappropriate - I am sure statistically 99% chance they are guilty but if found not guilty the accusation would always be somewhere on the internet-family members/neighbours could be put at risk of vigilante attacks
