Interesting poll results.
You're all wrong, except for the *one* that voted for the Citadel Council. The Borg are allergic to bullets, and Mass Effect is all kinetic weapons. Maybe if they assimilated kinetic barriers? But still, my bet would be on the Citadel powers.

So, anyone who knows me knows I like to solo districts in the Dyson BZ in #STO when I'm bored. And solo V-Rexes. I think this is the first time I've seen a V-Rex Camper this salty. To be fair, I *did* nuke it to prevent his lazy butt from getting an unearned kill.

So ESD #10 is currently an on-again off-again PvP Warzone, because a Janeway NPC keeps running around using Incite Chaos on players - which is a Confuse, allowing them to shoot other players. It also spreads to Target of Target. Do with this information what you will. #STO
