- File a complaint on the Opodo website (if it is past your scheduled departure date)

- If you found your flight through SkyScanner, contact SkyScanner via Twitter to tell them about your experience with Opodo
- E-mail your thoughts to Opodo CEO Dana Dunne at dana.dunne@edreamsodigeo.com
- Raise a claim through Resolver (to automatically e-mail your complaint to Opodo customer services, and eventually escalate to Dana Dunne)
