Are we sure Owen Tippett is available in the same way Jordan Kyrou appears to be? Tippett is 27, $6.2M through 2022-23. 103 goals last 4 years. Kyrou is 28, goals halved year-over-year, $8.125M through 2030-31.
I think one is available and the other probably isn't available.
