I have just yelled at my phone when Hull City’s goal went in and the final whistle blew. In my head I wasn’t paying attention to the football today but that was never going to happen. The right result. @HullCity fans enjoy, you guys deserve this. #Saintsfc

As a STH for @SouthamptonFC I watched us get relegated to the championship and to league 1, through administration. In later years as a member we lost 0-9 twice. Today I still don’t know how I feel, I’ve never been so ashamed to admit who I support and just feel numb

Just came on to Twitts to read the tweets about #LEISOU which haven’t aged well. To come back from 3-0 down is unreal and definitely not @SouthamptonFC usual style but keep the chins up and to win 3-4 is unheard of!!! COME ON YOU SAINTS!!!!

Tadley 10 mile race. This year’s been tough, food and training have taken a bit of a hit and I’m a stone heavier than I was last year when I ran it. So pleased with my time despite all the above and pouring rain xx #MedalMonday

Each year my employer runs a charity initiative. For every member of staff who walks or runs 5K over a week they donate Β£20. This year the charity is Career Ready, a social mobility charity for young people. 8K from me this morning to support this amazing work

Very rarely do an evening run and even more rare that I do a 5K (mainly because that’s when my legs start to remember they can do this stuff) but Duncan wanted to go out so it would’ve been rude not to join him.
