As a European who tried Fable when it was released The fact I most likely WON’T be able to access Fable ever again without a USA passport… …Is THE MOST compelling argument to emigrate I’ve ever heard. πŸ₯²

Anthropic is offering REFUNDS now. Might not be a bad idea with GLM 5.2 on the horizon. Or just get another ChatGPT account.

Fable is insane ...ly expensive. Will exhaust your 5-hour limits in about an hour. Use wisely.

Fable looks fucking insane. But more more exciting is the fact that Chinese models will be able to clone this model and release it for 1/10th of the cost Deepseek V5 will be the most powerful model in the world.
Introducing Claude Fable 5: a Mythos-class model that we’ve made safe for general use. Its capabilities exceed those of any model we’ve ever made generally available.

Composer 2.5 is kind of unreal. It actually works at a pace that matches mine. No more waiting 15 or 20 minutes for codex to make one tiny change. If you haven't tried it yet, I would strongly advise you do.

I used my entire Codex 20x weekly limit in 4 days. Seriously considering buying another account. The golden age is now.

I've now used Opus 4.8 for 6 hours straight. Here's what I found: - It's much more capable than 4.7 AND less sycophantic - It's much better at design and fantastic as a 'project manager' - It still overstates its work and understates its blind spots - It's still not NEARLY as reliable as Codex for serious backend work - It still needs tons of guidance to get it to do what I actually want; otherwise it goes and does what it thinks is best. Codex with 5.5 on xhigh is still MUCH more reliable AND consistently outperforms Claude Code's code HOWEVER... there's one thing I haven't discussed yet: ULTRACODE. This tool is fucking game-changing. In mere minutes it finds bugs and vulnerabilities in my code that Codex has been unable to find EVEN SO... I would say Claude Code is only brought UP TO the level of 5.5 on xhigh by UltraCode. It's not a replacement for Codex. VERDICT: Claude fell off. Release Mythos bruh 🫑

This is the correct diagnosis: x.com/the_smart_ape/status/2…

> opus 4.6 launched and everyone loved it > then 4.7 came out, they called it an > upgrade but it was worse > took them two months to quietly fix the 4.7 > 4.8 is here and it’s basically just fixes that couldve just been 4.7.1 > main selling point is the model lies less about its own work now > still teasing mythos. β€œsoon”. > none of this needed a whole version bump they just needed a better story before the ipo

Opus 4.8 released less than 1 hour ago. I am currently running 68 parallel Claude instances. Analysing. Building. Testing. My 20x plan is being sucked dry by the second. I fucking love it. This is the future.

I literally run Claude 8h a day, in multiple windows at a time, processing MILLIONS of tokens a day. And I STILL do not run out of limits. This technology is nothing short of magical and WILL change the world.

Just closed my laptop halfway through a course I paid for. Not because it was bad. It's GREAT. Because I caught myself "learning" to avoid doing the thing I already know I need to do. Been doing that for years. Only just started noticing it.

What your VSL handles: "Is this legit? Does it work? What's the price?" What it doesn't handle: "Is this for someone like me?" "Do I have time to actually implement this?" "What if it doesn't work for MY specific situation?" Your prospect goes into the call still carrying the second list. That's why the close feels hard.

Serious question How are you implementing AI into your business workflows? Are you using it for knowledge work? Are you teaching it skills with course transcripts? Or just automating tasks? If so which tasks?

Something nobody tells you about selling $5K-$10K offers: The buyer psychology is COMPLETELY different from low-ticket. And most people build their funnels COMPLETELY wrong. A $97 buyer wants: β†’ Hype Excitement Urgency β†’ RESUL:T "Only 3 spots left!" "Price goes up at midnight!" β†’ They buy on emotion and justify later β†’ The story sells them A $10K buyer wants: β†’ Certainty Proof Process. β†’ RESULT: "Here's exactly what happens, here's who we've done it for, here's the timeline" β†’ They buy on logic and confidence β†’ The mechanism sells them I see agency owners all the time running funnels that look like they're selling an ebook. They use countdown timers and implied scarcity tactics But they don't commit fully because they know they're just straight-up lying. And then you wonder why nobody books a call. Because a $10K buyer doesn't respond to urgency. They respond to "I understand exactly what I'm getting, I've seen proof it works for people like me, and I feel zero risk." THAT is the emotion you need to engineer. That's why a clean VSL with 3 case studies and a clear process explanation will outperform any amount of marketing tricks for high-ticket.
