Lead free laterals but this road patch work is substandard. I’ve been asking around if recreating a smooth road is that difficult (assault or concrete) or if some of the contractors are just not that good. Various neighborhoods are getting various results.

Most people can buy a 200k property that’s under valued and worth 300k after fix up. Most people pass on the 20k property that’s under valued and takes 10 years to be valued at the mid 200ks. We’re the latter.
