For a great deal of my life I’ve battled with the person staring back at me in the mirror.
Not solely because of how I looked, but moreso how I felt.
I’ve spent years living in my head, overthinking, doubting myself, knowing I needed to make changes, but not always knowing where to start.
What I’ve learned is that physical health and mental wellbeing are not separate conversations. They’re deeply connected. When one improves, the other often follows. The two are intertwined.
Over the past year or so I’ve invested heavily in myself. I’ve studied, trained, qualified as a Personal Trainer, and developed a much deeper understanding of nutrition, habit-building, accountability, sustainable change, as well as delving into mindfulness and mindset - with a view to understanding how/why some of us feel the way we do. It’s been a slog!
I’d now like to help others do the same.
