Just loaded up some photos of wildlife (mainly birds) and wild places as a bit of inspiration for those stuck indoors or within city limits during this crazy covid era.

Nice work @al_baylis and team. Collating many years of seabird tracking work to provide evidence-based advice on biodiversity hotspots is essential for the delineation and improvement of effective marine protected areas. Keep up the good work!!
I’m my experience finding areas of high native grass diversity in savanna’s of northern Aus will increase your chances of finding granivorous #birds . Alas, no Gouldian Finches on this occasion. Beautiful grasses none the less!!
Some morning inspo from my colleagues 🐟🐠🦈 @jgertza

I have to share this amazing photograph again, taken by Kriss Sieniawski, of a water monitor 12m underwater in liberty wreck, Bali, hunting for fish. You will NEVER see another photo of a varanid next to a regal angelfish quite like this. God damn.
I am super excited to join @FeachM and the team at @KakaduNationalP@Parks_Australia as threatened species scientist. A wonderful opportunity to work with a dedicated team and Bininj/Mungguy to help monitor #Biodiversity and protect country in #Kakadu
