I’ve seen a lot of this sentiment since the strike ended. When I (often) have this feeling, I find it helpful to remember EVERYONE goes through it. Those busy now will likely not be soon. It’s a rollercoaster. We’re honestly crazy for choosing this. But we’re in it together.

Where other careers have a still stream and all the stones laid out in front of them “3 more stones til that corner office!” — ours is one of uncertainty — and sometimes you can be waiting on a log as things pass you by for a long time, it helps seeing the other frogs nearby 🐸

Imagine if you’re one of their supporters who actively spent money on the game’s battlepass/cosmetics to be told the entire game will disappear for 6-12 months — this should result in lawsuits — what a failure of a game that had incredible potential and excitement at launch
