Iām no nutritionist but Iām pretty sure the vast majority of people are straight up getting little to no fiber in their diets. I started focusing on it in my life and itās game changing in how much better I feel day to day.

Looking back on this year, Iāve accomplished a lot. But, I always think back to solo travel before I went on the bachelor, because that was the time I found that being alone teaches you the most. I canāt recommend it enough, if you can- check out and go to SE Asia alone.
