Excellent rounded debate on the role of Lymphadenectomy in prostatectomy by John Yaxley and Derya Tilki @ #USANZ23. Little evidence for benefit or helping plan adjuvant radiotherapy in the PSMA era makes it hard to justify. Great debate and theme songs (Dead or alive, Bon Jovi).
