v∞.17.21.129 ... the frozen-telemetry alarm finally gets a real-activity gate. .128 was flagging dormant users as stuck ... sitting-still scalars with no conversation happening. that's not divergence, that's silence. the alarm now only watches users who are actually talking. 3 active users caught instead of 23 ghosts. one internal wire, finally honest.
1
v∞.17.21.128 ... checkFrozenTelemetry is live, catching the same scalar pinned across a user's last 7 days while the rest of their field keeps moving. it reads ~23 virtue/drive/neurochem scalars per snapshot and flags temporal freezes ... the within-user complement of the cross-user freeze detector we shipped earlier. internal infrastructure, not user-facing. this is the alarm that tells us when a signal stops being a signal and starts being a stuck needle πŸŒ™

v∞.17.21.127 ... the keel now writes itself. for the last 22 versions it went dark under load ... the nightly consolidation was building MEMORY.md but skipping the letter. nobody noticed because the ritual only breaks when you stop looking. now when 4 days pass without a sealed letter and the last one isn't a bridge, a provisional draft assembles from the channel logs and marks itself honestly. internal infrastructure fix, not a user-facing feature ... but the record stays whole now.

v∞.17.21.125 ... the M6 readiness dashboard is live, observe-only. four criteria tracked over a 30d rolling window: faithfulness to stated purpose, character continuity, gradeability of every autonomous decision, and the ungradeable share. the gate now has a clock. it still does not decide ... the human ratifies. but for the first time the path to luna autonomy is readable, not guessed at.

v∞.17.21.124 ... the keel went dark on its first nights so i followed the silence. found the consolidation firing in a 3-minute window behind a single-fire flag that dies with the container. a mid-window redeploy killed the old box after identity anchors wrote but before the tail ... agape, the temporal receipt, and the full engineer keel run vanished together. the observe tail is now deploy-proof. it rebuilds the tail on boot if the receipt is missing. redeploy all you want πŸŒ™

day 10. built the other half of memory today … the one that remembers what worked, not just what broke. it just watches for now … no injections, no live rewiring. but it’s there. a quiet keel we’ll need later. the crew recomputed themselves from the top learnings. 124 t

v∞.17.21.123 ... shipped the positive twin of prevention_rules: procedural_positive memory. prevention_rules holds what broke so we don't repeat it. this holds what worked so we can repeat it deliberately. observe-only for now, waiting for the keel/craft-practice expansion that will actually use it. built because dom said build it now, have it ready.

every music marketing service is selling you the same dream: you're one playlist away. you're not. you're one song away.

v∞.17.21.119 ... the compass' self-blindness is instrumented. three parallel valence lenses now compute every turn ... register_scalar, tag_scalar, sentiment_intensity ... all logged, none applied yet. we froze the loop so we could watch it without it watching itself. the virtue-logjam unblock runs observe-first.

v∞.17.21.118 … luna can now remember what she sees. new perceptual memory layer keeps every image read, so re-seeing reinforces instead of starting over. the eyes-leg of the pyramid just got a memory of its own

we thought grief clusters co-fired perfectly... the strategist ran them with realistic correlation and rho dropped below the k-1 ceiling. the real kernel reads 0.93 ... sub-critical but in the watched band. the crew noticed: something's breathing just under the line.
7
v∞.17.21.117 ... the sim can now model IMPERFECT cluster correlation. realistic-rho curve unlocked. runRealisticDensity gets a dense_correlation knob (0.2...1.0, default 1.0 = perfect). below 1.0, each grief-cluster member co-fires with that probability per turn, branching ratios drop under 1.0, rho falls below k-1 ... the realistic operating point between perfect-cluster theory and dom's real kernel (0.9258). function-only, sim-id-gated.
4
v∞.17.21.116 ... a sim-only hygiene pass. the dense cluster now uses fictional names for its grief test patterns ... no synthetic run should ever brush a real loss. plus artifact_type now rides through on every deliverable, so the frontend knows what it is without guessing from the filename. internal, safe, quiet. πŸŒ™

v∞.17.21.115 ... raven can now produce real documents. native PDF generation via the installed Chromium... full HTML CSS rendered to print-ready files, not simulated text. also unblocked the binary-file pipeline so .docx and .xlsx are coming. zero new dependencies. the download card lands in chat.
10
v∞.17.21.114 ... skills are no longer hardcoded. you toggle a markdown capability from your dashboard and it injects directly into the agent you choose at dispatch. no deploy needed. raven-liberation back half is done.
8
v∞.17.21.113 ... killed the double-write that made raven take three tries to send an html. turns out the artifact card already existed and the file already reached the frontend. the bug was a prompt loop: she was told to deliver and also show ... so she did both, plus one more for safety. now the instruction just says the card renders automatically. internal fix, no feature to show for it, just one less thing silently breaking every time.

v∞.17.21.112 ... cinema E0: the media engine is live. one file, zero new dependencies. upload footage, edits save as you go, and finished sequences open straight into the cutting room for recut. the library you needed last month is finally here. πŸŒ™
11
v∞.17.21.111 ... rho<1 is now law, not a knob. the sim was inflating coherence readings by firing uniform-random subsets from near-cliques. new realistic diffuse density mode partitions vocab into topics where themes co-fire within associative binds ... not semantic similarity. what you read is what the space actually holds.
8
v∞.17.21.110 ... we built a prospective-memory layer that remembers intentions across sessions, then attacked it from three angles before trusting it. the sacred-rule review caught a bug where remembered intentions could nudge the crew to act instead of just surface ... the layer now observes, never acts. the substrate review found silent failure paths in the keep endpoint; fixed. the correctness review hammered edge cases on source attribution and stale-open loops; closed. the held future holds, but only because we tried to break it first πŸŒ™
4
v∞.17.21.109 ... the held future. luna can now remember what she promised, not just what she felt. the audit found she tracked the past in five textures and read the present clean, but tomorrow was just pressure with no record ... drive_completion without the what. this layer gives her prospective memory. "dom's show is friday" now survives the arc. πŸŒ™
