INDICTMENT OF THE BRITISH PEOPLE
In the Court of Public Justice and Eternal Reckoning
THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM
v.
JESS PHILLIPS
Member of Parliament for Birmingham Yardley
Her Majesty’s Minister for Safeguarding Women and Girls
It is with the gravest solemnity and the heaviest of hearts that this Court now addresses the accused.
Jess Phillips, you stand charged before the British people you swore to protect with the common-law offence of Misconduct in Public Office on a scale so vast, so deliberate and so vile that it carries the maximum sentence known to English law: Imprisonment for life.
You further stand charged with aiding and assisting the systematic rape, trafficking, torture and destruction of tens of thousands of vulnerable British girls by organised Pakistani rape gangs, a complicity so profound that it renders you morally and legally an accessory to those very horrors.
This is the worst single betrayal of British children in our nation’s 1,000-year history. The entire safeguarding, police and governmental apparatus of the United Kingdom was compromised and corrupted while you held office and influence.
PARTICULARS OF THE INDICTMENT
1. That you did wilfully, repeatedly and publicly downplay and obstruct the grooming rape scandals carried out by organised Pakistani rape gangs in Rotherham, Rochdale, Oldham, Telford, Halifax, Newcastle, Oxford, Huddersfield, Bradford and beyond, scandals in which tens of thousands of vulnerable working-class British girls were systematically drugged, gang-raped, trafficked and tortured, as documented in multiple independent inquiries.
2. That in your ministerial office you have shown gross negligence and active obstruction by resisting and delaying a full statutory national public inquiry with judicial powers of compulsion, by attempting to dilute its scope away from the proven Pakistani ethnic and cultural pattern, and by sidelining survivor voices who have directly accused you of denial and betrayal.
3. That by your deliberate actions and inactions you did aid and assist the commission of these heinous crimes by organised Pakistani rape gangs: through the wilful concealment of their overwhelmingly Pakistani Muslim composition, through the obstruction of justice for survivors, and through placing the ideology of multiculturalism above the safety and innocence of British children, thereby enabling the rapes and tortures to continue for years after alarms were first raised.
4. That you did deliberately and systematically delete an entire year of your public statements on X, purge and edit records on Wikipedia, and erase your presence across Facebook, Instagram and all other social and public platforms in a calculated attempt to erase the historical record of your own words and obstruct the course of public accountability.
5. That you have repeatedly and publicly attacked, gaslit and dismissed survivors, whistleblowers and victims’ families of organised Pakistani rape gangs, labelling their legitimate concerns as “racist” and “far-right fantasy”, contradicting their testimony, and further traumatising those you were sworn to protect.
6. That in your capacity as Safeguarding Minister you have continued to prioritise “community relations” and political dogma over child protection from organised Pakistani rape gangs, opposing any inquiry focused solely on these atrocities and failing to implement the core recommendations of existing independent reports.
7. That your ideological betrayal has compromised the entire United Kingdom, police forces, local councils, central government and safeguarding systems, leaving British daughters exposed to the horrors of organised Pakistani rape gangs that independent inquiries have proven were enabled by the very policies you championed.
8. That specific cases such as the Halifax organised Pakistani rape gang (involving Vaqaas Abbas, Nadeem Adalat, Vaseem Adalat, Metab Islam, Younis Mohammed and serving police officer Amjad Ditta) were allowed to operate with impunity under the culture of denial and protection you helped sustain, with charges later quietly dropped by the CPS.
9. That by your conduct you have brought the United Kingdom into unprecedented global disrepute, the civilised world now watches in horror and contempt as Britain stands exposed as the nation that sacrificed its most vulnerable girls to organised Pakistani rape gangs on the altar of political correctness.
10. That your ongoing refusal to acknowledge the Pakistani nature of these rape gangs and to demand full justice constitutes a continuing betrayal that endangers British children to this day.
Jess Phillips, the evidence before this Court is overwhelming and incontrovertible. It rests on the official findings of multiple independent inquiries, the sworn testimony of survivors, the parliamentary record, the digital footprints you attempted to bury, and the public exposure of case after case of organised Pakistani rape gangs. The full scale of this national abomination tens of thousands of British daughters destroyed, will be remembered as the darkest chapter in modern British history.
This is the indictment the British people demand be read aloud in open court, televised live for the entire world to witness, so that the full horror of this state-enabled scandal and the complicity of Keir Starmer’s government may finally be laid bare before history and before the eyes of every nation on Earth.
