School psychs are ethically obligated to ensure that students have an equal opportunity for development & expression of personal identity in a school climate that is safe, accepting & respectful of all persons & free from discrimination, harassment, violence & abuse. #PrideMonth
I've said this many times before, but we can't reasonably expect school psychologists to engage in the full scope of their role when they're often burdened by ineffective practices.
If we want to make a bigger difference, we need to advocate to remove low value practices.
Packed house for the first keynote speaker at our 2023 Annual Fall Conference, the amazing Byron McClure! @schoolpsychlife--Such an inspiration!! #MASPschoolpsych
