Of greater policy significance is the expectation that financially challenged public services pay ‘market rates’ rent for NHS health centres and hospital premises owned by private companies, PFI and LIFT schemes across England. The NHS should not be treated as a business in the marketplace. The NHS should own its new and refurbished hospital facilities and community health centres paid for from public funding and delivering best value for public money.

We've reported before on the "Matrix Freedom" group, which has made a business out of the "sovereign citizen" conspiracy theory. Now they are promising people £500,000 of "currency creation" for the low, low, price of £2,000.
