Irony: The evidence for catheter ablation as primary therapy for AF has never been stronger for hard outcomes & decreasing cost for our complex healthcare system. Dis-incentivization does not seem like a logical or sustainable solution for the entire ecosystem. We must continue to look for opportunities to improve alignment between science & policy with equity in access and value prioritized.

This is so heartbreaking. Dozens of new-born babies detached from their incubators at Al Shifa Gaza hospital due to power/oxygen running out. Israel must do more to get them to safety and medical treatment. ASAP.
