@ups -- we do lots of international shipments. Every time, we put the commercial invoices in a pouch on the outside as instructed. Every time, you write and say we didn't attach a commercial invoice. 1/5

The conclusion is that we're packing correctly, and the labels are being removed in Syracuse; but nobody at UPS seems to care enough to get this fixed. So our customers suffer (because the package is slowed down), and we have to waste time. 4/5
