Construction of an ultra-urban development of five warehouse units in Brixton, London, has reached completion. We were appointed by Bloom Developments to deliver the 35,417 sq ft of Grade A, purpose-built, industrial space at 146-156 Brixton Hill and 5/6 Waterworks Road.

The team at The Hub, Burgess Hill, is thrilled to announce it has achieved a flawless score of 45 out of 45 in the recent Considerate Constructors audit. Project director Phil Turner expressed his pride, stating the site team had worked hard to attain such an exemplary score.

Thought we would take a look back at the creation of our own headquarters in Warwick. It's been home for 4 years now and we can say without question the main contractors did a great job. It took around 26 weeks to complete the steel frame, 2-storey building including fit out.

Fantastic progress being made in Slough where we're delivering a Big Yellow Self Storage facility. Work on the steel frame of the 62,000 sq ft (MLA) unit has gone extremely well on site at Farnham Road. It has a 35-week build programme and is expected to reach PC in March.
