Guidelines recommend using imaging in complex #PCI . New meta-analysis of RCTs supports this and allows estimate the potential benefit of #IVUS or #OCT: NUMBER NEEDED TO TREAT is 11 pts to prevent one TVF in #LM PCI and of 27 in #bifurcation PCI.
