The Pa. Supreme Court just issued a devastating opinion against the Pennsylvania "Liquor Control" Board. No sovereign immunity. Time to give back the money you unlawfully took from businesses and citizens. We won't stop until every penny is returned.

It is sad that @PAWineSpirits has been allowed to get away with this for so long. The PLCB has taken advantage of consumers, licensees, vendors, even their own employees, all in an attempt to hold onto a power they never should have had in the first place. inquirer.com/business/pennsy…

The #PLCB is trying strong-arm negotiations of an issue the Legislature SETTLED 2 years ago, a solution @PAWineSpirits has bluntly ignored. Now they're being sued, a gov't agency, to FORCE them to obey a law specifically written to make them do this.
