I have 6 and a half pounds of Carolina reapers. We are getting really cold at night, about to freeze so I picked. Am I going to make my husband sad? How can I help them ripen?
Should I put in brown paper bags with bananas and apples?

I did it guys, I made hot sauce. Fermented for almost 10 months. It’s so good!
Carrots, pineapple, garlic, onion, habanero, and Carolina reaper.

Cowboy Candy Video! This stuff is a staple in our house. So good on burgers, in taco meat, omelets, and so much more.
