In about one month, we will be welcoming 2027s for REX (Residence Exploration), a four day experience for first years to find their future home on campus. MIT DormCon is an elected student body that represents dorm residents and puts on awesome things like REX! #mit2027 #rex2023

📢 Students: Free individually-sized, oven-heated meals are available this week at TechMart. Swing by today through Thursday from 10 am - 4 pm to snag some. Reminder: Kitchen areas may be used within the residences according to COVID-19 space usage policies within each house.

OK so by this point, maybe you already know that DormCon is having elections today. but maybe you're still wondering, what exactly does DormCon do? Here's a couple of things we've been up to in past year or so 1/

There's also a number of projects we'll continue to work on this upcoming year. This includes more discussion about paying RACs for the work that they do, new meal plans this Fall, and the mural pilot program to let students paint murals in dorms where they can't currently. 7/

As always, our plans may change as we hear more from other students about what they want to see us work on. But DormCon will always be committed to supporting dorms and advocating for the needs of dorm residents. 8/8

exec consensus tonight was that EC and Baker are strong contenders for winning the dorm war. that said, BC is still a threat, Raúl may be a force to be reckoned with, and it's never too late for a Bexley comeback
