DOWNFALL is now available, and the Above the Black trilogy is complete!
I first dreamed up the Skylands eleven years ago, and I hoped that one day I could turn it into a series. I cannot tell you how incredible it is knowing I am now an author of a trilogy.

Had a nightmare last night that a B&N store invited me to sign their stock of my books.
Instead I brought home boxes of my books from the store. So, I had to figure out how to get them back . But the escalator broke on the way down and the store closed before I could.

Sometimes I have to pinch myself when I remember that by the end of 2029, I will be a published author of seven books.
It took me twenty years, and five shelved books, to finally get an agent and a book deal.
I will never take any of this for granted. I am so so lucky.

I love when famous authors email me about my books to give me generic praise that clearly wasn't written by a robot, and tell me they want to network for future, mutually beneficial opportunities. And, it comes from an email address that doesn't match the author.

School's out and now I'm transitioning to full-time author. Last week was a big week with the new trilogy announcement and cover reveal for BTG.
This week will be exciting because I'll be at Indiana Comic Con!
