Attended Full Council for the first time today at @mkcouncil. Proud to sit alongside my @MKConservatives colleagues. We will make sure our residents voices are heard.

First full council ✅ with our newly elected councillors 💙 and proud to have been able to nominate long standing @CllrKeithMcLean as our Deputy Mayor nominee. Another Lib Dem Labour coalition They say it will be different. Guess we wait and see. @MKConservatives @Johnny__Luk

We’ve enjoyed seeing Chris Curtis, MP for Milton Keynes North, so visible on the TV recently. We hope he comes to a consistent opinion soon so he can finally focus on the constituency he's supposed to represent 👍🏼

In one of the toughest political environments Conservatives have faced in years, I’m incredibly proud to have led a campaign in Milton Keynes that grew our @Conservative Group from 9 councillors to 12 and gained 3 seats. Milton Keynes, is often seen as difficult territory for Conservatives. And this campaign was built on long-term planning, community engagement, strong local candidates, digital campaigning and listening carefully to residents long before election season began. None of this happens alone. I’m hugely grateful to every candidate, volunteer and supporter who gave their time, energy and belief to our campaign. We might have been short on resources.
