Feeling tightness with the new Tommy John hybrid Internal Brace and reconstruction procedures?  Us too.  Athletes are struggling to regain their range of motion, but seem to do fine with valgus loading and throwing down the road. Have you noticed anything similar?  We talk about it in a recent episode of the podcast, where we discuss the new Tommy John hybrid procedure: mikereinold.com/the-new-tomm…

One of the weird scheduling quirks and a sign of how relatively weak the AL has been this season is that the New York Yankees have only 1 win against teams above .500 currently! Every other MLB team has at least 6 wins against over .500 teams.

Nolan Perry (TOR) has not slowed down since earning a promotion to Hi-A at the start of May, posting an excellent 0.60 ERA, 1.23 FIP, and 50.9 K% across his first 3 starts Injuries have stalled his development and now he looks like a Top 100 Prospect!
