Recent study re what people want in a leader is very telling. Hope was no 1 with trust as 2 and 3rd was stability. Hope is trusting someone has your back and knows what they r doing and where they r going. It is believing the leadership will make better things happen…even in the face of adversity. Leaders are therefore purveyors of hope.
