Losing weight and winning at rugby! ๐ช๐ I managed 50 minutes in a close game against top of the league Eccles today. Plenty of tackles have earned me the nickname Axeman ๐ช Iโm aching already after that one, gotta love that winning feeling tho, 22-21 to @AshtonRFC โค๏ธ๐๐ค

I discovered @manvfat football back in January after hearing about it on an episode of The Chase! Looking forward to getting restarted with a team in Salford soon. Also doing the CT5K in the hope that running and footy can lower my BMI from 38 to a healthy one ๐ช

5 years ago! โฝ๐ท A nice memory to pop up five years on and at the end of another productive week in clinical photography, a role that comes with a lot of job satisfaction knowing my photos help patients and students. I can watch football as a fan now too ๐

Worth a watch for #FallsPreventionAwarenessWeek
Iโve just completed my resuscitation training too, learning that in the UK, fewer than 1 in 10 survive an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. This is low compared to many countries, including Norway, where 7 out of 10 people survive.
It is #FallsPreventionAwarenessWeek. Our teams act quickly to ensure our patients receive the care they need to get back on their feet. Thanks to @OldhamCO_NHS #TeamOldham who take us on a walk through of a patient journey following a fall.

9 years ago! This feels like a lifetime ago ๐ท I left school with no qualifications so I had to get qualified for college via a night school in photography. I remember being amazed by panning and ghosting. I canโt say Iโve done ghosting ever since but Halloween is coming up. ๐ก๐ป

I was ecstatic after that 57-14 win with Ashton over Bury yesterday! Tameside felt like the south of France due to the weather. I managed 60 minutes in a game of four quarters due to the heat. Some strong tackling and scrummaging felt good after being out a while injured. ๐ช๐

Roll on the next stage, a post-grad course in Medical Illustration at Staffordshire University alongside my current job. ๐ I'm very confident behind a camera but I need to up my game with biology. The only limit is the one you set yourself. ๐ช

Good to hear Y Clwb Pel-droedโs future has been secured for this year. They do a great job for Welsh football and for students looking to gain experience. I loved shooting for them during my undergrad years. My favourite memory being my first international ๐ซ๐ท L'Equipe 2019! ๐ฐ๐ท
