M'Lop Tapang stands against child labor in all its forms! Their place is in school and in safe spaces to learn and play, not in work that harms them. Child labor is illegal in Cambodia. Families, communities, and organizations all have a part in protecting children.

M'Lop Tapang turns 23 today, and it's International Children's Day. To mark it, Lok Chumteav Kim Sopheak Mang Sineth, wife of the provincial governor, brought lunch and supplies for the children. From six children under a Tapang tree in 2003 to now, our purpose holds.

Today our online safety team ran a parental awareness session in one of the communities we work in. Children face online risks their parents never grew up with, & sessions like this help families stay involved. Local authorities also joined to cover drug awareness & traffic law.

Music, circus, & art are just a few of the activities our children & youth take part in every day through our Non-Formal Education program. It's a favorite part of the day for them. A chance to step out of the classroom, try something new, and express their creative sides.
