this Saturday at @jozigoldbrewco. We got to play the beginnings of a new sound: Sounds from a Black Girl. A new repertoire but a very familiar feeling. The week was hard and demanding but very much worth it in the end. Thank you to lindo_mbhele for sharing these beautiful images

The Prep week is going good thus far. My week has involved the following:
1. accelerated music scoring
2. Late nights and long baths
3. Making notes mostly outside the house and in the sun
4. Endless phone calls, contracts, tech riders, equipment hiring
5. Endless nail biting😩.
